Mugs & shirts arrived a few days earlier than expected which was nice, but I wouldn't have paid the steep rush fee if I'd known that they'd come earlier than expected. Items looked great though, aside from the logos on the darker t-shirts looking just a little faded. Still looks great. Mugs looked really good too, I just wish I could have made our horizontal word mark logo a little larger. It was a pretty small space in which I could expand the design. The mug box also arrived open on the top which was a bit alarming, but nothing was damaged or missing.

Custom Ink is my go-to. I have ordered multiple times from you all, and even when we had an issue, you corrected and then some. You've helped me navigate branding restrictions with our college football organization (I was able to secure approvals and you helped me get them to the right place on your end, quickly, so I had them in time for our senior days) and a misprint (from your side on an art recreation) that even allowed us to change sizes because you asked. (Prior to reproducing, your rep said that others had mentioned the sizes running small, so if we wanted to adjust any before the reprint, we could do that. WHAT A GREAT THING TO CHECK!) The quality is always top notch, and I appreciate that it's not just a transfer or digital print that will not stand the test of time. You ALWAYS deliver on time and I've never had an order miss a size or quantity. Really love working with you guys!
