I have used you all for many years for the same project which includes printing the same design on shirts ranging from 12months-XXL each year. I reached out to customer service in the past years, they took my sizes and design and and told me exactly what colors I could get and scaled the design to each size. this year, I kept getting a different customer service person each time, no one offered to scale my design so now I have youth sizes with MUCH bigger design than the smaller sizes ( i guess my fault, but didn't have this trouble in the past). In addition, I didn't notice that the ink on the print wasn't the same across all the products, so some ended up with Royal ink and some with Navy ink (again, my fault, but I feel like someone could have questioned that per the attention I had gotten in the past). Ultimately, I am disappointed in the shirt colors offered. I want the full range of sizes in the same color and the choices are SO limited. I do this every year and try to switch the colors up and it's always frustrating. This year I wanted Carolina Blue first and Navy as a second choice, but those were not available in all sizes. It was a frustrating process this year for sure. If I can find the same prices but a wider range of sizes elsewhere, I would certainly consider ordering elsewhere.

Great job, overall. A bit pricey... If you offer some more discounts, I'll order a quarter zip fleece and some stationery.

We had a great experience with ease of ordering and quick turn-around time.
