This is the first time I have printed on a koozie. The pdf proof looked good, but that wasn't an accurate guide of how the final product would look as it did not account for the substrate. I called customer service when placing the order and they helped guide me to adjust back artwork for legibility. Customer service was very responsive and helpful. The individual I spoke to on the phone assured me that the production department would adjust any line work as needed for readability when printing. However the front koozie artwork that contained the logo should not have been approved through the production department. The pdf proof I approved looked fine, but it did not take into consideration the substrate this was printed on. Production department did not flag my artwork that printed poorly. I placed a large order for 2,000, thought I would have been notified of the possible issue.

Shirt sizing is not true to size. Print quality was good. A little pricey considering the shirt won’t be worn much due to the size being off.

This order was for an upcoming Retirement Party and the original order/shipping was going to cut it close. However, we received the order days before the party, which was a very welcome surprise and allowed us to give the shirts without any problems. Thank you for a wonderful gift of timing.

Website is fairly straight forward, easy to design customized apparel. Had some issues with quality. Uploaded artwork had some imperfections in the line of the artwork - would have appreciated a heads up to fix this before shirt was printed as it's very obvious on the final product. Luckily only ordered one as a test.
