Process for creating shirts is easy-to-use. Already had our own logo, so didn't need any design capabilities. In QA process, Custom Ink changed the spelling of our name for some reason (AI?), which we identified in final proofs. Happened twice in a row. Used the chat function the second time and was easy to get resolved. Shirts came incredibly quickly. This is the 3rd or 4th time I've used Custom Ink. Is great site.

Good when things go well. No follow-up when things do not. I got an email from a Katie S at customer relationships after my order congratulating me on the design. When I responded that it was a failure and showed photos of the discrepancy between the online design and the actual product, it was crickets…….
