The staff is very concerned with making sure you get an excellent print. They are very accommodating with what you're looking for. I only wish they would give discount to the customer( like myself) that always use custom ink. No family reunion is not complete without a Custom Ink t-shirt designed by me & the help of you guys to add the cherry on the top!

I use custom ink anytime I need to custom shirts, for bachelorette parties, for my husband’s trucking company, etc. I’ve only ever had 1 design that didn’t print how I expected and they immediately made it right and didn’t act like I was inconveniencing them. Custom Ink has awesome customer service and is wonderful to work with! They are a business that stands behind their work and I’d definitely recommend them!

The following isn't a complaint, rather, a statement, and may not even be under Custom Ink's control. The shipping tracking information provided indicated delivery on or about 22 June. I was totally surprised and delighted to get my customized mugs on 12 June. Maybe the 22 June was a typo and they meant 12 June?
