My experience was fabulous. I used the live chat and my need for the specific design and wording I wanted came together beautifully. I wanted something completely unique and personal and that is what I ended up receiving. The quality looks good to me (I specifically look after washing) and I would purchase from Custom Ink again in the future.

It would be nice if, in addition to rainbow-shaped lettering, rainbow-colored letter were available. We really wanting rainbow words in rainbow colors.

I called customer service to ask for advice and they actually answer the phone. You actually get a human which is so rare these days and I really appreciated that. The person I spoke to was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I actually find that is always the case with custom Inc. so I am very happy with your company.

The overall experience I have had from Custom Ink has been great. I have spent a lot of money here on my Company's products and plan to in the future, but I was just disappointed in this order, not so much the order, but the location of the screen print. Everything else was fine.
