The shirts were wadded up in a ball inside the mailer lol. We still haven't received half of our order and the event was YESTERDAY. I spent a lot of time using your website to design the shirts only for your designers to say they couldn't fit the text, couldn't get the shape of the logo right (a simple outline of a sailboat lol), couldn't get the products to me in time due to "design team" delays. I do not recommend Custom Ink.

Overall, the quality of the shirt and the print was perfect! The captured exactly what we wanted and it was shipped quickly. Would definitely use them again.

Great though I wish I could have had a sample expedited that could be folded into the price of the order and not at a single-shirt price. The customer service is responsive but there was an approval process for my logo that set things back. Additionally, the emails were sometimes very repetitive and confusing like I was talking to AI and not a person.

My order was inexplicably cancelled with no communication. I found out when my order did not arrive on time and I logged in to check the status, to find that it had be cancelled and refunded already. I was offered no explanation, other than "it was an internal error," and they tried to upcharge me to reinstate the order, plus expedited shipping costs.
