I have had multiple designs completed through Customink. I have only ever had one issue which Customer Service was happy to jump in and assist with. They made it right and helped customize my idea.

Great experience with Custom Link throughout entire process, including designing t-shirt (have a neat AI tool), purchasing, and shipping and tracking. Will use again.

Overall great experience; out of 50 shirts ordered there were only 2 with noticeable issues. 1 being a huge hole along one side of a shirt where it just didn't get stitched up properly and the 2nd being a noticeable pen mark on another shirt.

First time ordering from this site for our small business. Was nervous about the design and quality but after receiving them we love the shirts. Will definitely be buying more in the future.
