I was very happy that when I called in and spoke with a manager he was able to help me reprice the items for our group order so that the individual purchasors could pay the extra for expedited shipping. He even scheduled a time to call me back personally when the order closed to make sure it went through correctly. This is the amazing customer service that keeps me coming back to Custom Ink whenever I need to do these group orders.

I really liked the options for the design I didn’t really like how hard it was to edit when I wanted the design to be smaller or centered. Also once you make a group order you can’t edit your design so make sure you are okay with it before setting that up because you will be stuck with what you put on for the group order (I wanted to recenter the design and couldn’t). Overall it was one of the easiest editing experiences I’m just being nit picky

We had a snag after all sizes were entered for our order …Customink determined that our design would not fit our YM or YL shirts. The customer service agent started changing the smallest sizes to a larger size but did t keep track of which ones were changed. Then later her design people said they could reduce the logo size but then she tried to go back to some that were changed. She anskes me annd I only had our spreadsheet, which was not as accurate as their direct order and a few were changed during ordering from my spreadsheet. I emailed the day after the order was submitted and was told they could not change that size to the correct size. I had to pay to reorder a new shirt for a kid who needed a size corrected. We do not have a lot of extra $$ for reorders but this was this players first season so I had to get this right. Wh

My only critique is that the logo on the front of the sweatshirt is a little too far left. Because of the drop sleeve shoulders and the fit, I think the logo should have been farther center to properly sit on the chest/above the heart. As it is, it's a bit too close to the armpit.
