The printing was exceptional. I was nervous at first because this was my first attempt at printing my logo and I have some gradient colors in it, but I was pleasantly surprised! Absolutely crisp. Colors are super vibrant and matches exactly to what I had sent over. Lettering was perfect, no smudges or blurry areas. I will absolutely be ordering again. Thank you Custom Ink!

I've had some issues with orders in the past, which CI has always rectified, but this order felt different. It was packed more intentionally and everything that arrived seemed to be checked twice and sent in a way that made unpacking and sorting easy.

Creating the design on the website was relatively easy as was forwarding the design to the production team. The difficulties began with online ordering as I was alerted and re-alerted that our order had not been processed and required more steps from me. Then the order seemed to be cancelled and started again - I'm not quite sure what was going on, but it was unclear as to what the status of our order was to the point that I had to reach out to inquire about it. Moreover, email correspondence indicated delivery in August, but that was delayed until last week. School bureaucracies are slow and school calendars are immutable so scheduling and accurate and predictable delivery dates are critical. Finally, apparently our orders have been delivered to the wrong address. Our address is Weston High School 444 Wellesley Street Weston, MA 02493. Can you please adjust records? I don't have a problem with how your business is set up to run, but reliability and consistency are close seconds to product quality, so if that of your competitors is comparable, I'll choose to order from whichever company can reliably meet our needs without confusion or issue. When I contacted customer service earlier, a credit was mentioned regarding a future order. The size of that credit will determine whether we make another order.
