AI logo support was great. Really helped me figure out what I wanted fast. There was a weird duplicate that showed up on the proof, so that was good that there was an approval step. Very fast delivery too.

It's really difficult to start a new design. the experience seems geared toward a not-helpful AI-based design and toward buying existing designs.

I have filled out a form online and sent an email to customer service and no one has responded. The logo I put on my shirt is a little crooked, and the image on the web page is not representative of what it will look like once printed. The site said satisfaction guaranteed, and I am not satisfied, and asked if they would fix the problem. No response. I would only order again if they reached out to fix the problem.
