First time ordering from Custom Ink and I couldn't be happier. Seriously. I don't write a lot of reviews, but in an era of where we order so much online, often taking a leap of faith in quality/service, this company deserves a round of applause and kudos. After ordering, they reached out to me spontaneously complimenting the logo I designed (using their design tool & art) as well as thanking me for being a first responder. Additionally, they shipped earlier than expected and the embroidery looks great.
