I am extremely disappointed with our experience with Custom Ink. I worked directly with customer service by phone to place two separate orders with two different shirt styles for our fall cheer camp fundraiser. I specifically requested metallic printing on certain words, requested a softer-style black shirt, confirmed the details by phone, paid the invoice, AND paid rush shipping to ensure everything arrived in time for our event. Unfortunately, neither order was what was promised. The black shirts arrived in a stiff material rather than the softer shirt I requested, and there was no metallic coloring in the design. The green shirts were delayed more than once and completely missed our cheer camp. When they finally began arriving, they also had no metallic coloring and the youth sizing ran surprisingly large. I am STILL waiting for one box that has now been delayed for almost a week. This wasn't simply a late package. These shirts were ordered specifically for a scheduled fundraiser and event, and we paid extra and communicated directly with customer service to make sure everything was correct and on time. Custom Ink let us down on both the product and the delivery. Offering a coupon toward a future order doesn't resolve this for us because, unfortunately, we no longer trust Custom Ink with another time-sensitive team order. After taking the extra steps to speak with customer service, confirm everything, and pay rush shipping, we expected to receive what we ordered and were promised. This was an incredibly disappointing experience, and we will be using another company for our future team printing needs.

My design came out great, just not happy that the white lettering is actually pink because of the red shirt it was printed on. I feel like that should be done better, I honestly don’t know if I would order again. The prices are steep.
