We called in and placed the orders for shirts as a super rush because we were on a tight schedule. At this point it was more than 24 hours before receiving our first round of proofs. We needed two small changes and sent the requests back. It was then another 24 plus hours before receiving those changes back- which did not include what we needed updated fully. We sent another request back at this point, because of the extreme delay with getting the proofs back we were forced to order as is, even though it wasnt ultimately what we had wanted. We spoke to customer service a number of times because even though we had paid for SUPER RUSH and were very responsive when receiving the proofs, waiting on your teams did not allow us to receive the polos in time if we had waited for them to be correct. The service aspect of the organization has dropped drastically because of this process. I no longer feel as if we have personalized service.

the quality of the print is not great at all. we will NOT order more as we orginally thought we would. Customer service was helpful when following up on order status though.

My experience with Custom Ink has always been great. Customer service is attentive and the website is fantastic. The print quality on my hoodie was OK at most but i still enjoy the product thoroughly.
