Overall, I had a great experience with Custom Ink. The ordering process was straightforward, the design tools were easy to use, and the customer service team was responsive and helpful. When I called Customer Service and spoke to Cindy, I was very unhappy with the quality of the artwork as changes were made that were very poor. Cindy got me new sweatshirts ordered with my original design, and now I’m a very happy camper. Thank you Cindy!

The website was extremely easy to use. I liked that I could size my logo and printing and see what it would look like on the shirt. After placing the order there was good communication on the status of my order and what to expect as it was processed. It was delivered on time, and I had several different sizes and kinds of shirts, so I was very happy that they were able to fill and ship the order with no mistakes. Great job I highly recommend.
