Everything was great as far as the product and it’s quality and condition- I have ordered and received a hat another time with no issues or packaging quality however this last order the box the hat arrived in looked as though it was very old and weathered so much that the packing tape was only partially holding the box closed. I will order more hats from Custom Ink but hopefully they will up the quality of the packaging a bit!
