I was nervous going into this process, as I have never ordered custom merchandise before. The representative I worked with made it very easy and communicated back-and-forth with me throughout the entire process. All of my items look terrific and were received ahead of the projected delivery date.

Service was great! The design came out wonderfully. The only reason I rated it lower was because a couple of my emails were not responded to and I had to call to follow up. Once I called, I got taken care of immediately.

Great customer service experience! Called to verify and correct something on the picture I sent in. Also verified the date needed them by and to make sure I would receive on time. Actually shipped very quickly and received them more than a week early.

The four shirts I ordered were missing the work Aloha on the back....I went a confirmed there were there on the design. I sent a photo in with a case....but haven't heard back.
