Custom Ink does a really nice job. Easy to design my shirts. Have used them before. Highly recommend.

Great!

I was frustrated calling customer service. The tech increased the size of my font and broke the line into two pieces to fit on the t-shirt better, which I wanted, but she didn't tell me how she did it. I may have changed it in other ways if I knew how to do it.

I am a returning customer, while there are other t-short compnies I choose Custom ink

Website is easy to navigate and moves seamlessly through the ordering process. Delivery was on time and reliable

Each time I make a new design and have it put on a shirt im pleasantly surprised on the quality of the shirt, i have gotten comments from people in public on some of my past designs I had made here

2 out of 3 of my shirts were crooked. They were off by a half inch (which looks absolutely crazy, if you want a visual, angle a sheet of paper by a half inch and just imagine how crooked the designs were on the shirts) and the customer service person stated that they would replace them but they "allow for up to a half inch of error in placement because they are printed by human hands" I'm sorry what?? I paid a ton for the shirts. Take the time and print them straight or don't take my money! One was printed in a different color than ordered. When they were replaced, once still came a half inch off center. Not angled thankfully but it is obvious when worn that it is way off the center line. SO disappointed in these.

The customer service is fantastic, you actually talk to a real person and they were incredibly helpful

Customer service was excellent. I needed a one-off shirt and the rep walked me through the whole process and made ordering easy as pie. I definitely recommend this company!
