The website is very good for selecting shirts and uploading designs. The customer service could be a lot better. Woman I spoke to on the phone was hard to understand and I think english was her second language. Ordering shirts and sizes through the chat box is also not the best experience as well. One of our shirts came with a small hole in it. I complained but haven't heard anything back on that.
