My overall experience with Custom Ink was smooth in terms of the ordering process and design setup. The platform was easy to use, and the final print design came out looking exactly as expected. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the shirt itself. The material felt thin and somewhat transparent, which did not match the price point. While the print looked great, the garment quality made it difficult to fully enjoy the final product. Customer service and turnaround time were average, but I would be more mindful in selecting higher-quality apparel options in the future.
