Overall had a great experience. Customer service was awesome and quick to answer any questions or concerns. My only issue was the packaging. The package came on time but the sweatshirts were crumpled and stuffed into a small box which caused them to be all wrinkly. Would have preferred nice packaging and presentation.

The sizing of the images on my adult sized shirts is not right so now I have over 100 shirts that look like a joke.
