Now that I’ve seen the color of the koozie‘s that do not match at all to the color that we saw online, I’m now worried the clothing will be the same way so we’re not gonna order anything else from here.

This was our first time ordering from Custom Ink, and unfortunately the experience missed the mark. The proof looked good online, but the finished shirts arrived with the logo larger and closer to the buttons than expected, making them difficult to use as company uniforms. The packaging also arrived torn, and at least one shirt appears damaged. I reached out to Custom Ink and am hopeful they will help make this right. As of now, I would be hesitant to order again without a sample option or clearer proofing process, but I would be happy to update my review if the issue is resolved.
