I am not a marketer, I'm a therapist at a small practice supporting my company's growth. Using Custom Ink's design features are so helpful for making the occasional promotional or other branded items we need, like pens and t-shirts, and I greatly appreciate that you see can see what your logo will look like on the product without purchasing it (other companies require purchasing before you can work on your art). I also appreciate that the minimum amount for many of their items works for our small practice size vs being forced to buy 500 of an item for <50 people.

I think they did a good job overall. The embroidery was a little different from my two hats that I purchased but my design was a complicated with a lot of detail and colors.
