Awesome experience! I had a question regarding the clarity of the print I had drafted up and the chat service rep quickly assisted by adjusting my design settings to make it more clear. The outcome on the shirt was great, the small text came through crystal clear and I couldn't picture it turning out better.

I had a very positive experience. It took a long time to get everything perfect, but the final result is excellent!!! My only problem was I started working with one representative and went through another 3-4 afterwards. Never the same person.
