I was totally disgusted with this order! I called customer service regarding this claim every other day for 2 weeks! After this experience I doubt if I will order from your company again! Spending the type of monies I spend I expect more quality service and care!!!!

I do not leave negative reviews and never have---until now. It was a complete waste of money. I spoke several times with a design person and customer service regarding the location, size and placement of my logo. While I approved the final product of the logo I uploaded, I am unhappy with the ultimate size, dimensions, proportionality of the logo and the assistance I received from their design people as to how the logo would appear on the sweatshirts I ordered. They reduced the size of the logo to such an extent it was completely covered by the hood and the front logo was completely unreadable. It was a waste of money. I'm sorry I didn't stay with my normal supplier.
