I've ordered three products from Custom Ink. The quarter zip, embroidered sweatshirts turned out fantastic. We also ordered long sleeve t-shirts that ran extremely large and now fleece jackets that run extremely small, and appear to have cheap quality printing. Custom Ink did not offer to assist with my concern from the last order and now I'm unsatisfied for the second time.

I've always had an overall great experience with their products and customer service. They are quick to send proofs and make revisions, if necessary. The products and turnaround time are consistently good. The one challenge I've had is on product minimums, since I work at a smaller company the products can get pretty limited since I can't meet the 100+ units.
