Assistants were not very helpful and not caring about time I spent on designs and products. Uploading designs is simple, but their ability to produce simple, multicolor designs is a complicated process. I uploaded many unique, original designs only to discover their specific materials don't function with "complex" designs. It is not user friendly for figuring out type of material needed per design. Only simple, 1 or 2 color designs on cheapest shirts are easy. The only way I would order from Custom Ink again is if they alter their user system to facilitate design upload and clearly stated design requirements. In addition, they need to show (and make it obvious) that unique/original/multicolor designs require different formatting; and this needs to be clear for the user.
