We will continue to both use Custom Ink for our t-shirts and also encourage others to use the company. Communication is outstanding. We had to adjust part of our design, and it did NOT delay both printing and shipping at all. We asked if we could have our order by the end of August (order was August 5th) and received it on August 17th ahead of schedule.

Product arrived faster than expected. Wish I could send the order to two different locations but I may have missed that option. The packaging allowed me to easily reship though.
