Google's AI search engine narrowed this company down for me as the best fit for our custom design, family vacation T-shirts, due to the flexible and easy to use design studio, and the tri-blend material we wanted our shirts in, which had options from the same manufacturer, but in different sizes and colors. This let us put our family designed logo onto various sizes (kids up to adult) colors (one for men and another for ladies) with the same product line. The process was pretty easy on the website, the confirmation after finalization and payment was good - the only snag we had was the customer service reps had very heavy accents, possibly eastern Indian which did make clear communication more challenging than I was comfortable with. This led to me having to double verify with follow-up phone calls when I otherwise would have just trusted the process. One shirt did arrive with what appeared to be conspicuous white fingerprints on the back which likely occurred in production. But with over a dozen various sized and colored shirts ordered - I do believe this company was far and away the best bang for the buck. We would definitely use them again.
