Great products and customer service, however the print was messed up on one sweatshirt

Customer service was great and timely. Product design is where I ran into issues. I wanted two items printed on the front of the shirt I designed - on the chest area and on the pocket, but I was told I could not have both. Had I known this ahead of time, I wouldn't have ordered the shirt, but I was in need quickly so I deleted the on pocket design and ordered the item.

Easy experience group ordering and very well packaged and shipped. Shirt quality wasn’t great but the printing was well done.

Design, to production to receipt was easy and quick. The only thing I’d have liked was the option to duplicate a design on back and sides of hats and not just front. (This likely could have been done through calls to customer service but we were in a hurry).

Overall support is great. It was the approval of our PO that took so long. Once they knew that the order was on hold. They are very responsive, got it corrected, and rushed the order. The order arrived, and all is great.
