I have had a great time working with Custom Ink. They are very responsive, have good customer service. When there was an issue they made on my order they offered a replacement or partial refund. The designs came out great quality on everything. For the embroidery I would recommend for people to not make it too small because it came out with better quality when it was slightly larger.

The website was SUPER easy to navigate. I really appreciate that the minimums are clear, so I only selected options with lower minimums. The preview was PERFECT, making it REALLY easy to visualize how the final product would appear. And the product arrived EXACTLY as expected. Highly recommend!

I was actually blown away by Custom Ink's customer service. Every step of the way, I was helped beyond expectation. I ended up on the tshirt committee for a summit we're putting on at my job. I had no idea what I was doing and was just blindly looking around the website. A Custom Ink employee, James Pugh, reached out to me to see if I had any questions - boy did I! Poor guy had to hold my hand through the entire process. But, Mr. Pugh helped me so much! Thanks to his suggestions and guidance I ended up looking like a rock star with these amazing shirts! He had the art team help me with two designs (so my coworkers could vote on their favorite), he found shirt colors/styles that met our needs, he set up a group order form, he advised me on time frames and helped work within our financial parameters. I truly can't speak highly enough of Mr. Pugh's professionalism and expertise - he made this such a wonderful experience! At the very end, we made a mistake and a couple of shirts didn't get ordered (our mistake, not yours!). Mr. Pugh referred me to the service team where I spoke with Brooke who moved mountains to be sure my coworkers would have shirts that matched everyone else's at the time of the event. I know our order was a small one, but I was made to feel like your most important client! This kind of customer service isn't the norm these days. Custom Ink is definitely doing something right!! I'll never order shirts anywhere else again.
