I love the use of ease with the website in the turnaround time is great, but the final product was not what I was expecting. The logo was placed crooked on 40 shirts and the logo color image was not sharp at all.

Everything went well except the size. I asked for 2 large adult and 2 youth small. I repeated it numerous times but the family received 2 adult large and 2 adult small. The mom cut and sewed a hem but with it being a make-a-wish order I’m sad that it wasn’t sent correctly to begin with. The family didn’t want to ask for correction. Customer service reis need to listen better.
