Once I found the ornament we wanted, the order process and uploading our company logo was simple and we received the product very quickly. No major communication needed on this order.

I have been dealing with custom ink for over 10 years. Products are great for selection. Support used to be better when I had a dedicated rep. The pricing of the products is getting high.
