We've used Custom Ink for years. I liked their customer service and quality but last few orders have turned out very poorly. We are switching to local printers for better results.

Very easy to customize ant products and there are so many options. I've tried to customize items on Amazon but gave up because they were not as user friendly as Custom Ink.

After I placed the order for a t-shirt, I tried to change it to a polo shirt. I called Custom Ink immediately but it was a Sunday and no one answered the phone. I called the next morning and was told it was too late to change the order. The flip side of that was that Custom Ink's speed enabled me to receive the t-shirt 10 days earlier than Custom Ink had told me to expect it.
