Quality has gone downhill and I will no longer use Custom Ink for any printing service needs. Misprinted designs, poor packaging, and designs fading horribly after only a few washes is what I have experienced this year.

I think if I remember right , the Customer Service Reps name was Jose , very friendly , very knowledgeable , and helpful . And assisted me fast and efficiently with the upmost respect . He put my needs first . I would recommend him to anyone ordering through Custom Ink .

The website was easy to use and understand, and the quality of the clothing was top-notch from an initial inspection. A little pricey but worth it for the quality of material and speed of delivery. The design also came out exactly as I intended.

I've used Custom Ink for other shirts in the past and have never had a bad experience. I appreciate there product descriptions because buying without touching or seeing is a bit of a risk. Everything is easy and fast.
