I am well pleased with the print quality. The shirt material is a not what I expected, wish it was a little better... But then I did select that style.

The experience was fairly easy. I had a lot of words in my design, so I do wish there would have been an easier way to center them rather than have to go line by line and adjusting. Still easy enough.

extremely simple and straightforward process for a small-batch order, which was great!! these shirts are going all over but it was amazing to have so many options for individual payment, address collection, and size picking. there is a minimum limit of 6 shirts which i don't think i saw listed anywhere while i was researching? but that's very understandable and doesn't ding the experience at all. would have liked a proof confirmation after i ordered + before it shipped, but i understand a small batch of shirts probably isn't priority <3 thanks again!

So far, the design was easy and customer service was originally very good. After receiving the product, the back design was placed way lower than I had designed. It sits almost close to the lower back instead of in center top of back. Contacted customer service and have not heard from them as of now (which was 3 days ago)
