I’ve used Custom Ink to design, print and deliver t-shirts for this annual event for 34 years now, and I have always been extremely happy with the entire process, from design to delivery. My first year, a graphic artist advised me that my ink and t-shirt color selections would not have enough contrast, which I was grateful to hear. I’ve recommended this company to several friends and family members and will continue to do so.

All I can say is the HORRIBLE CHATBOTS EXPERIENCE and the human communication lags. They may think it is saving them money but it's a horrible customer experience to try to talk through the issues. This is what happens when you rely on programs and not people who are critical thinkers and creative problem solvers. Screw AI.

I'm hoping I can write a better review after I hear back from custom ink about the missing print on the back of one of the hsirts we purchase. I think it was the XXL which is even more disappointing because I believe the larger t-shirt cost more.

My experience with Custom Ink was good. I did have a little trouble figuring out how to get print on the back after I put what I wanted on the front but other than that, it was good.
