I'm hoping I can write a better review after I hear back from custom ink about the missing print on the back of one of the hsirts we purchase. I think it was the XXL which is even more disappointing because I believe the larger t-shirt cost more.

My experience with Custom Ink was good. I did have a little trouble figuring out how to get print on the back after I put what I wanted on the front but other than that, it was good.

I like the idea of the service, but there should be more options when you load your artwork of how it should print or changes to make to ensure it prints well. It wouldn't allow me to do it with a single color even though the graphic was single color and required black though it was on a black shirt. This created a gradiant print that wasn't necessary and make the front and back colors not match. Also, your design team did not do a good job of verifying the product to match the print and contacting me if there was something that needed to be altered even though it was both in writing during the ordering process & was verified live through the chat when I inquired for confirmation.
