Custom Ink made the entire process easy, from designing our logo to reviewing the final product before production. Their team was responsive, collaborative, and helped refine our artwork to ensure it embroidered cleanly and looked professional. The online design tools were intuitive, communication was excellent, and the finished hats exceeded expectations. The quality of the embroidery and attention to detail made the final product feel like premium tournament merchandise rather than a typical custom order. I would absolutely use Custom Ink again for future events and group projects
