I sent photos for custom printing. The website said that the files were too small. I did not state their customer service could fix that problem. I did finally call customer service and were told that yes, they could correct for that problem and the final result is excellent. Website could’ve done better in explaining that.

I ordered these buttons for an event I had on 9/23. I ordered them to arrive by 9/25 - brain fog, I guess. I realized my error and notified the company that I would need them sooner. Those 100 buttons arrived on 9/18! My error, but Custom Ink fixed it. Great customer service.
