Overall I had a positive experience with custom ink and I will most likely use you guys again. We had a payment error right when I initially ordered and customer service was amazing and fixed it very very quickly, which was awesome. I do love that we got the shirts quicker than the initial shipping estimate gave us, but I didn't love that the box was damaged and open upon delivery.

Great! I actually already used them again. I love how they do their best to give u the best price for your money and always make sure the order is correct before it goes to printing. I love the chat feature too. This company is great!

I am disappointed by Custom Ink’s quality and customer service compared with previous orders years ago. The XL shirts are inexplicably about 3 inches WIDER (HUGE) than before and have an odd fit. The printing is thinner, less sharp, and the color less pleasing (too green). The status bar for my order was inaccurate, as were statements by customer service who both stated my order would be delivered the week prior, and that it had shipped many days before it actually did (based on USPS tracking). A slow shipping method was used despite late shipping.
