My experience with Custom Ink was great! I uploaded a logo to use on my shirt. When I placed the designed shirt it my cart, I received a message pop-up telling me that the resolution of my logo didn't meet Custom Ink's minimum standard . Frustrated, I started a chat with the Custom Ink robot and, after a few interactions, was directed to a live person chat with agent Amy, who was fantastic. She was able to view my logo and advised me to place my order directly with her and then she would work with her team to ensure that the design on my shirt did not turn out blurry or pixelated. So that's what I did, and the design turned out beautiful and clear with the color shades perfect! In addition, the shirt was delivered in record time, ahead of schedule, in only 4 days! I am very pleased and happy with both product and service!
