I want my money back for the one off samples I bought, or I want them corrected and reprinted for free to demonstrate you can handle the work. 3 out of 4 designs using 300dpi 7000x7000 PNGs with 4 to 8 colors are blurry and unusable.

This time though I never received my package and they have been very difficult to work with not answering the phone leaving me on hold for hours and not answering any emails, I hope they eventually see this and are able to help me.

i expected to see a digital proof to confirm the stickers would look the way i had expected (esp the diecut), but did not get one. it would have been good to get that information up-front (the process description included a digital proof step). everything turned out great, so it's not fatal, just a communication misalignment.
