I am disappointed that for the second time my T-Shirt order arrived with the design printed crooked and off-centered. I always use Custom Ink and have more designs needed, but I think it might be time to look elsewhere.

The website was easy to use and you guys were very speedy in making and delivering the shirts. I was surprised that the same sizes were not packed together (mediums with mediums, etc) and instead all mixed it. It is not a huge deal, but I would have thought it would have been easier to organize if all of the same sizes were together.

Okay - your site is not super easy to use when uploading images, --I have used Custom Ink for years - and I have learned to just go directly to the chat, as the the website gets clunky and makes it hard to go from t-shirts to hoodies - to the particular hoodie I wanted. It defaults to the expensive ones, and unless I knew exactly the brand I wanted, even then, I spent 30 minutes trying to get to the right hoodie with my image, and then gave up and went straight to the chat. The live person chat is soo refreshing, and then I know that my order is being done right. I am more comfortable uploading to the chat that to the site, as it is harder to flip, rotate, size, etc. It was easier for me to go to the chat, upload it with a real person, wait while it was done, look at the centering, etc, and then get a purchase order and bill all set up. That is my experience, and I am sure you have customers that claim the exact opposite. Anyways....so glad for over 10 years of drama hoodies with all of you.

I was very happy with my experience on Custom Ink. I really appreciate the design tools to help me preview and edit my design. It was very easy to upload my file and navigate from there. I did reach out to customer service before submitting my order and the service from Carly was extremely friendly and quick. The order itself then was processed and shipped very quickly. It really exceeded my expectations!
