I had a very, very positive experience.

Needed shirts for my grandpas 100th birthday but didn’t want to foot the bill for everyone. This was a great way to let all the family do their own orders and still get a group order discounted price.

It was a very easy process to design the shirt and a very good price, overall great experience, and I have 3 shirts already from custom ink

This was a trial run for a line of shirts and they failed. The shirt is of average quality, but smaller than similar shirts of the same size. The printing was off center and not square. This was one shirt... I can't commit to many if one is messed up.

Custom ink is bussin! Great customer service and quality products. I was literally texting the employee making the order which was pretty cool like the cucumber living in my fridge for too long. Order arrived earlier than estimated. Custom Ink is awsome sauce.

Missing items Misprinted items Design not printed at all Ink marks on areas of the shirts where they're not supposed to be. No customer service followed resulting in delayed order processing No follow up to missing items and printing errors. The entire batch of shirts was wrong and it's crickets. I rated customer service as a 3 because at least they gave the perception of trying to help. Professionally I work in promotions. These items were for a special once-in-a-lifetime youth group trip to Alaska. You have lost my business forever as well as that of anyone I come in contact with, including the 30 families let down by your shoddy service.

Definitely get back on the computer to try to make some more shirts or other article that you are selling. You’re the best.!

I ordered this as a gift for my cotton anniversary. The print quality is amazing, the site was easy to use, and the shipping was super fast! It arrived on time for my anniversary, and I ordered it kind of last-minute.. 😅 Overall 10/10 experience! Will order again!
