Rush delivery was very fast. It arrived 3 days earlier than even the estimate! Nice quality organic material and custom prints came out clear and in the expected color. Easy to add my own custom graphic and find coordinating mens/womens/kids in the same fabric and color. One improvement would be to have more accurate size charts for each item, and verify it.

Order and design process is easy. Customer service was sufficient the refunded the 4 shirts. Quality control processes are evidently terrible. We ordered 8 shirts for a state competition for our highschool kids. Of those shirts 4 of they had problems. 2 had an upside down logo on the front and 2 had missing parts of the graphic on the back.

I paid what came out to $59.45 per t-shirt which included the expedite fee, but the shirts did not arrive in time for my event as confirmed. They arrived a day late but still said 'on time'
