We did not reach out to Customer Service because it was made clear that custom printed shirts are not returnable. However, the size chart did not match the actual sizes of T-shirts, which, as a user we would not have known and trusted the website’s description.

Awesome !!! The shirts and tanks were absolutely perfect and did run a just slightly little smaller than we expected (but most were used to unisex sizing)… , but overall the quality, turn around time and customer service was incredible

I loved the experience, it was easy to create my own shirt and the end results are great! The only thing I didn't understand, I order 5 shirts and they all came individually, one by one instead in one package. Seems a bit silly for all that postage...
