I just canceled an order because over the years of ordering from custom Inc. the quality and service have both went downhill rapidly. Will not be ordering anymore in the future.

I was very pleased with my overall experience and plan to order more. I was going to order custom pens to match the shirt for my son’s memorial gathering but I had to order more than I needed and the cost with on the high side.

Excellent work and quality overall. I am glad they trimmed the outer boarder of the file I uploaded and embroidered just the main image. This is where experience and professionalism shows.

Everything was great overall! The only things to note were regarding the embroidery: placing a patch over the backing/strands on the inside of the shirts would have been a nice touch, as it looked a bit sloppy on the interior. There were also a few loose strands of thread on the front logo. Otherwise, everything else looks fantastic.
