Custom Ink is great for items needed in a hurry, but they are much pricer than other sites. On the rare occasion I've needed to talk to Customer Service, they've always been quick to respond and helpful.

In the past the website, print quality and quick turn around time were excellent. However this time the print quality is lacking. The response time to my initial complaint is would score a zero if I had that option... no response... not even a "hey we received your feedback and we'll respond in short order to try and address your concerns"... just crickets. I spent a lot of money on these shirts and am disappointed in the print quality and especially the lack of customer service. This form needs a "Maybe" for the question about ordering from Custom Ink again... it depends on an improvement in customer service... A bad print job can be fixed with good customer service.
