Everything was awesome EXCEPT for the bait and switch feeling from the group order minimum order. When setting this up, it made it sound like, just take your best guess as an estimate and it said you could change it later. Then I found out you’re responsible for the difference between estimate and actual orders. And that there was a minimum order amount which is definitely not clear anywhere. In fact most of the shirts say no minimum order. I was glad I had the courage to reach out to customer service who was willing to waive this. However it made me lose respect for your company. It’s already pricy. So, why try to dupe customers? I am thankful it was resolved without a fight however. Other than that things were good, I’ll select I would order from you again, but it’s a maybe for me. That one aspect was a hassle.
