I've been using Custom Ink for at least a decade to design shirts for the various sports and clubs that I coach/sponsor, and I have never had a bad experience. The website makes it so easy to design apparel and set up group orders, and customer service has always been so helpful when I have needed assistance. The items ship quickly, are well packaged, and I've never had a complaint from anyone. The one time that my shirts were damaged during shipping, which I don't think was even the fault of Custom Ink, they replaced all of the damaged items and had them sent out so quickly that we still received them in time for our event. I really appreciate the variety of items that are available and the range of prices, too - there is something for everyone!
