This is my third order is less than a month. The other two were perfect and this one would be also if the printing were in the desired location. Thus, I am gun shy about ordering anything else in the future, due this experience.

The design want really what I was looking for, but due to the limitations of the surface of the pen to put the logo on, the end result was still very effective. I, adding with everyone gifted a pen to, really liked the pens. Custom ink let me know immediately that there were limitations due to the small surface of the pen and offered great alternatives to the design and did nothing that was not approved by me. Custom ink and their artists and techs did an amazing job asking with their customer service. 5 stars all around.

This was my second order with Custom Ink, and, once again, I was impressed with the customer service and my final product. A customer service agent happily helped me edit the design to my liking. I was also contacted by another very pleasant customer service agent when they had a question about my order, wanting to make my order as perfect as possible. Lovely team to work with. Highly recommend.

Shipping said it was showing up on the 10th, and arrived on the 6th! All correct sizes, and from Youth small to 2XL, all shirts were correct to size!
