I really appreciate the customer service team for helping me with my order and the design. I especially liked the ability to preview the design on a model. I wish I had chosen a different T-shirt, as this one is slightly see-through. I was also a little disappointed to notice a small red spot on the T-shirt, possibly caused by the ink not being completely dry. The packaging is very simple but that’s understandable considering the price.

This is the third year I"ve ordered t-shirts from Custom Ink. Each year, I order larger sizes in a different color, all with the original design. I've made the move from toddler sizes to youth sizes, and have always been able to find a t-shirt that works. The t-shirts from the previous 2 years have been worn and washed many, many, many times - and still look great! I'm delighted with the company.

I truly believe in getting what you pay for, and Custom Ink definitely fulfilled my belief. If you’re hung up on Custom Ink’s prices, then I recommend you shop somewhere else. Their prices are reasonable when you consider they’re providing most of the legwork, i.e., shirts from the actual supplier, storage, designing your shirt, and shipping……YEAH! Don’t complain; I can attest that my experience with them was seamless, informative, and up to date. They made sure I knew when my product was being shipped, but they also provided the tracking number for me to trace, as well as sending email correspondence to keep me updated.
