I was SO impressed with the design tool and printing job for our full sublimination soccer jerseys! The tool was wildly easy and I enjoyed all the different color combinations and instant preview mode. I wasn’t sure about the quality until they arrived after a few short weeks (shipping was WAY quicker than I thought.) Talk about underpromise over-deliver!!

Experience was fine; easy to use website and design tools and seamless purchasing experience, only wish the color of the shirt was truer to the image shown on the website

Everything was good, but if I choose the option that I want my shirt embroidered, I expect the Under Armour sign to be embroidered as well as my design. There should at least be a warning sign or an option. If you want the Under Armour sign embroidered as well or a warning that the Under Armour sign won’t be embroidered so I was upset at that everything else was fine.

Custom Ink is the only company I would ever use for logo items. They've created a number of tremendous items for us over the years.

Overall pretty good. Not sure if that was a human error or what. But it's too late to send it back and reorder

Overall experience was good. Image colors came out slightly muted on print

From my own perspective only- seemed like a lot of conversations had to occur to get my logo image correctly placed.

Customer service was absolutely fantastic. I had originally uploaded the wrong image and they were great at getting it changed. Then switching from the embossed to the print. The review of prints made things really easy.
